The new Porro prism ProStaff spotting scope provides exceptional optical capabilities, a powerful zoom eyepiece, high light transmission and superior ruggedness. Available in low profile 65mm and 82mm models, in either straight or angled body, the ProStaff spotting scope features a standard sliding hood, and a special optical peep sight that gets the user on target faster than ever before. Designed with a super-fast bayonet eyepiece connection, there are three other eyepieces, other than the standard Zoom (16x48x for the 65mm, 20-60x for the 82mm), available to fit the ProStaff spotting scope. Additional eyepieces available include: a20x LER (Long Eye Relief) Eyepiece for the 65mm (25x for the 82mm), a 20x Eyepiece for the 65mm (25x for the 82mm), and a 30x Wide Eyepiece for the 65mm (38x for the 82mm). Nikon's 20-60x82mm ProStaff spotting scope can be close focused to 20 feet, has a field of view at 1,000 yards of 99 feet, and has an exit pupil of 4.1mm at 20x. The straight body 82mm scope is 15 inches long, while the angled body is 15.4 inches long. It features 15.2mm of eye relief at 20x. The ProStaff spotting scope is O-ring sealed and nitrogen-purged for waterproof and fogproof performance. It incorporates Nikon's exclusive Eco-Glass (made without the use of arsenic or lead) and features bright, multicoated optics for improved light transmission.
